Kenyon & Kenyon was one of only four firms on Managing Intellectual Property's shortlist for the "Full-Service IP Firm of the Year" award at the publications first annual North America Awards dinner. The firm was also nominated for awards in the following categories: Pharmaceutical IP litigation, ITC litigation, the Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year (Northeast and National award), and the Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year (Northeast and National award) .
Managing IP based their shortlists of firms nominated for the awards on the research used for Managing IP's Annual World IP survey. The survey published in the magazine between February and April of 2008, ranks leading firms in patent, trademark and copyright work.
Kenyon ranked in the top tier for International Trade Commission (ITC) work in MIP's 2008 World IP survey. The firm also ranked in the top three tiers for IP in both contentious and non-contentious patent, trademark and copyright representation, as well as for work in the Bio Life Sciences area.
