Caryn Harsche joined Kenyon & Kenyon as a summer associate in 2006 and returned to the firm as an associate in 2007.
Since returning to the firm, Ms. Harsche’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. She has experience in all phases of litigation at both the district court and appellate levels and has been involved in cases implicating a broad range of technologies in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biological fields.
During Ms. Harsche's undergraduate studies, she collaborated with an andrology research team to investigate the functions and structures of sperm cells associated with human fertilization.
Ms. Harsche received her B.A. in Molecular Biology from Lehigh University, and received her J.D from Emory Law School.
