Katrin Feldhaus represents firm clients in intellectual property disputes and transactions.
Prior to joining Kenyon, Ms. Feldhaus was a legal intern at an entertainment boutique firm where she assisted with counseling in all areas of intellectual property, new media and technology law. She also conducted related legal research and drafted legal memoranda. Prior to that, Ms. Feldhaus was a research assistant at Northwestern University School of Law. Ms. Feldhaus also clerked for the Civil Court and the district attorney’s office in Germany.
Ms. Feldhaus earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law where she was a member of the Women’s Leadership Coalition. She obtained her LL.M degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and previously from the University of Hamburg School of Law in Germany. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the same institution.
Ms. Feldhaus is fluent in German, her native language.
